tomrushton Hi Jangles, Thanks for your boo about Vodafone and the eForum- I'm the Community Manager for the site and listened with interest. It's always disappointing when customers are affected by network issues, but it's the nature of a wireless service that things do go wrong from time to time. It's really important in those situations that we get things fixed as quickly as possible and keep you informed, and I can see you feel we've fallen short of the mark in this area. Whilst the faults board on the forum is used by hundreds of our customers every month, I agree with you that there's a lot we could improve on. I'm currently working to improve the speed at which information arrives on the site, as well as the amount of information we can provide about each fault. I can't offer any guarantees, but it's definitely something I'm looking to do. If you've got any more suggestions about how we can improve things on the site, I'm glad to hear them and so feel free to get in touch with me at tom.rushton@vodafone.com.
