“It really was extraordinary (though I understand it was a financial failure). That vision of the future (and the Carousel of Progress that was transplanted to Disneyland complete with the city of the future), couldn't help but inspire little kids like us (of course, we then came of age in the 1970's....) Factually, you probably went in June of '65, since the Fair only lasted from 64-65...it's actually one of my earliest memories.” -
