andymooseman I can understand that expression. I've often wondered why they don't just have human actors if they want the characters to look so life like? I guess one reason is that a CG "actor" they can be made to do anything, there are no boundaries. Good to hear you back podcasting.

andymooseman The thing is, you could never prepare for a storm like that, nobody could. Even in the Tropics, where they're used to loads of rain, they probably couldn't cope with that. Also, those storms only happen every 100 years, or so. Preparing for an earthquake is far more sensible, because you know thats coming. Keep safe :)

That vision of the future (and the Carousel of Progress that was transplanted to Disneyland complete with the city of the future), couldn't help but inspire little kids like us (of course, we then came of age in the 1970's....) Factually, you probably went in June of '65, since the Fair only lasted from 64-65...it's actually one of my earliest memories.” -

I'll upload things my friends/family/public might want to hear. I did do thirty years in traditional broadcast radio starting in 1970 and ending in 2000.
