I don't know how long you have lived in California but I can assure you that what you experienced was NOT a Major Earthquake for Southern California. The People near the Epicenter in Mexicali are the ones that experienced the Major Earthquake. We Rolled They Shook and parts for the buildings and Roads came apart.
