A superb article 8) I must agree with you on ipadio - a friend of a friend is involved and advised me to check it out - it felt entirely different from AudioBoo, not just because of the technology, but because of the user experience - which in my view is over complicated. As you say, that's probably because they are going for a different target market - probably one that brings with it a less 'speculative' and risky business model....but I fail to see why you would, as any sort of broadcaster, opt for the low-fi option. I must commend AudioBoo for showing everyone how it's done. It would be an travesty if they were to fail to reach their aspirations for this service.....at last a tool that feels inclusive, analogue and human.....
