That's awesome. Makes me think about how bizarre the concept of the drive-thru is; you have two people using technology to (ostensibly) facilitate communication, but it actually makes it more difficult to communicate. Also, those two people are not geographically distant. One of them has a need or desire to make themselves understood by the other, but the other has no real need or desire to understand (there is only an implied need as a function of their occupation). Something to ponder…
