It's really hard keeping the energy pulsating for 20 minutes like Christian Payne seems to be able to do. I'd consider standing up for the whole 20 minutes if you want max projection during your longer Audioboos. And like @markrock, I listened to all 20 minutes.
Like I said, I thought it was brilliant. You don't need to know any rules. Flowed freely and was interesting to listen to. That's all you need. And I listened to the whole 20 mins:)
