You have such a great smoky voice, Annie. I think you did crazy amazing things with the prompt you had for that short story. I could also go on and on about the subject matter in the story, but you wrote it, so I'm guessing you're already aware of all the layers & hypocrisies evident in all of it.

Strong telling. I was young when I witnessed my first. My mom told me about it first which prepared me.
