thanks mate, I have a friend who has this saying: be a little unreliable. its totally spot on. be sometimes yes, sometimes, - unpredictably, randomly NO. also, don't answer the phone to people who chomp up your time regularly, and get an answering machine and leave it on low, so you don't hear the message come in, and can take more precious calls. We almost need to have workshops or weekly practice sessions, say, like we have stupid sales parties, sometimes, where we would just practice saying: No, no thank you, oh, no I don't think i can this time.
