Like you said in the podcast, just thinking about yawning makes me want to yawn. Although when I listened to it I wasn't tired but now I am tired and I just yawned like 10 times already! I mean I was only thinkin about the "Yawncast" lol! ^_^
I hate to admit I did yawn several times. Mind you, it is 12am here. I agree with the power naps. I set my clock for 20 mins. giving myself five to drift off and 15 of sleep. It really works. Good luck.
Oh God. You've made me yawn around 3 billion times. Then again it is 3:30 AM here. Well my advice is to drink coffee. And lots of it. Also, take power naps. Like 10 minute ones and TRUST me it'll feel like somebody charged your battery. When you find yourself overwhelmed just breath and count to ten and exhale. It'll feel good, promise :) x
