In a weird way, it always reminds me of going to American sporting events where they'll play Queen's "We Will Rock You," the Village People's "YMCA," or Gary Glitter's "Rock and Roll pt. 2." If you know anything about these groups, you know just how wrong that music is for these large sporting events! LOL
LOL - Great Boo! There's so many examples of this, where the situation calls for the simplest, blend-into-the-background ditty, and they're playing a version of a song that, if you know it, is way wrong for the moment. Happy shopping time transformed by a piece, where, if they vocal were present, you'd be hearing about the depression and horrid drug-addled life of some former street punk who got lucky by finding a guitar.
