Retired officer Roy Savage has received the Lifetime Achievement Award following 33 years' frontline service with Nottinghamshire Police. He retired from his post in Harworth in April this year. During his career, he supported and advised fellow officers through his work with the Police Federation, was a trustee of the Force Benevolent Fund and a trustee of the Northern Police Charities Convalescent Home. He was commended for setting exemplary standards for others to follow and representing the force with professionalism and pride.
