If you are looking for some festive fun in the run-up to Christmas, visit Santa’s Festive Village. You can taste seasonal food and drink, look for that unique gift and even try ice skating!
Independent retailers will be selling festive fare, local produce and handmade gifts in a fairytale setting. There will also be an under-cover, artificial ice rink.
Santa’s grotto is close by in the Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre (located on the upper floor near Peacocks), where Christmas decorations and animatronics displays will amaze you.
Each day there will be a changing programme of musicians, entertainers, Christmas characters and face painters in the Town Centre.
Please note that the ice rink accommodates up to 25 skaters per session. Admission is charged at £1.50 per person for a 25 minutes session (skates included). Tickets are available on a daily basis at the on-site ticket office. The last session of the day starts half an hour before the ice rink’s closure.
