Definitely the thought comes first, when we're babies we know that we are hungry and we need milk so we communicate through crying. People all over the world can think the same exact thoughts but speak those thoughts in different languages. Just like we all have the same emotions but we show them in different ways. We are born with thoughts and learn how to share them through our voices. Really good question though. Xx
