I fell in love with Domino's thin crust pizza with white sauce as the sauce of choice. All of their other pizza's are not as good as the thin crust. I still would rather make my own pizza but I like their thin crust pizza with ham (if i have to pick one topping).
i've had lots of bad experiences with the Oxford Street store in Reading. Their drivers always call up for directions - why don't they use a map! and forget things. I've stopped using the place.

I can see that we have been trying to make up for our mistakes each time - but this is ridiculous. It's not an acceptable level of service and I would like to get one of our operations team on the case with the store. I promise you it won't be held against you! There is no way that they should have messed up that many times in a row. That is horrible service in general! They'll lose a lot of customers if they continue to mess up that frequently.
We had a problem with a pizza counter in ASDA where my mum started to have a panic attack because it wasn't our local supermarket and my dad kept saying 'we'll just get the pizzas and then we'll go' and the staff looked directly at us waiting and none of them came over to serve me for create-your-own. We decided to leave it and I took mum back to the car to calm down and she after she calmed down she went in and complained. Not only did we get the pizzas, we got one of them 14 inch for the price of a 10 inch and then a pound off the combined price of the two. We also had a problem in Yates where we were waiting for an hour and a half for our food to come (which wasn't their fault, it was busy) and then when it did arrive two of the meals were burnt and my dad's all day breakfast was almost totally inedible. Mum complained, we got the total cost of all of the meals refunded (even the ones that were fine) as well as the first lot of drinks. I always complain if I have bad service but I know people who would rather just ignore it, including a friend who was given the wrong sandwich in the canteen and just threw it out because it was chicken and she was a vegetarian. The next time it happened I took it back for her.
