there are so many artists out there. I actually used to like Kanye West's music and Chris Brown but after letting it be known that they're quite stupid and abusive I find it hard to support their music anymore. But there are so many artists and musicians and bands out there that I really don't miss listening to them.
You bring up a great point though with not supporting child labor and stuff yet we might wear clothes that have been made by them. That's hard because its like trying to find soaps and makeup that arent made with/create products that have been tested on animals. It's not advertised as much and so it's not in our thoughts often when going to the store to buy clothes or other products. But I know that after I find out I try my best not to support the company. Because even though I love their product I find it hard to continue to use it and not feel guilty or angry.
It really comes down to how passionately one feels about an issue. If what kanye west has done bothers you a lot then you're probably more inclined to stop supporting his music and there for him.
