It is my impression that she is talking to a child named Britney, and I am speculating that she tells her to wait outside as she is very loud and I often hear the peeping noises she makes. This is just speculation though.

This is a female voice picked up in my bedroom..she says Please will you wait for us outside. The creaking noise is me climbing into bed.
