The ease of direction indicates how your brain is currently wired - keep practicing this and you will forge new neural pathways. The directions of thought relate to where they actually come from in space-time. At all times, remember most thoughts aren't what you think of as your own.

Wow! I was chilled out within 2 minutes of you speaking Tom and was definitely in the zone by the end of the track! What a treat! Thank you.
I found it much easier to move my eyes in the reverse direction, don't know if that means anything?
And amazing to realise that different types of thoughts come in from different places!! Why is that??
