I was going to add the same thing. Dropbox is the dogs doodah's and great for chucking stuff into temporarily instead of leaving things lurking on the desktop...

Dropbox is the most fantastic backup. It replicates my files over all my computers, and they also keep a copy on their servers. You can even turn back time and get an old version of a file :)
