I still think there should be a slightly different avenue to allow people to develop their anger, like having a grumpy old man's club. Then people know its meant to be a rant not to be taken seriously.
I agree that you shouldn't vent through your product accounts, but every now and then a good rant (even if it is about something completely ridiculous) is probably quite good for you..
