its quite in the distance, along the coast is a army practice range that backs onto the fleet. its faint, but there a bit. I was amazed you could hear it so far away, amazing how sound can travel over water with nothing blocking it.

Many thanks Joe, your recording's now on the UK Soundmap. I *think* I can make out the gunfire but am not sure! Where would it be coming from?
