It's still there, just not in the space gallery. It's in the Human Achievements or Modern something-y gallery... which is the one you get to after you walk through the space section - but you have to walk right through that to finally get to the Apollo 10 CM. There is no way you can see even a glimpse of it from the space section. I am not going to let this drop. I am going to take action. Somehow (and hopefully helpfully).

I am serious about my offer to help with the space section - I was thinking about it the whole time I was being Space Nomad and visiting all the cool space places in the US.

Well done! Thanks for taking him to task over that. I was most disappointed when I visited a few months back and couldn't find the Apollo capsule. It was too close to closing time for the day for me to track down what had happened to it. At least I now know they still have it. Is it in storage or on display elsewhere?
