Four out of five Britons say people should be allowed to help their terminally ill relatives take their own lives, a YouGov poll says.
It is illegal in the UK to help someone die and those who do so could be jailed for up to fourteen years.
One option is going abroad to countries where assisted suicide is legal, but campaigners say for that shouldn’t be necessary.
