It's like Twitter in that you can leave short audio microblogs about anything. Unlike Twitter in that you don't get a following per se. People can reply to Boos by commenting on it, as so, or leaving a reply Boo with your name or Boo title in their title, which I will attempt to do, as soon as I wake up.... hope this helps.
