Adam Rodin's father died last week. He says hospitals are dangerous places for the elderly. he says if he, as a hospital consultant couldn't protect his father, other people havn't got a hope in hell. ##ageuk ##elderlycare ##NHS

When my mother, deceased now but 81 at the time, was in hospital, the consultant privately told us to bring meals in for her if we wanted her to ever get out.
