depends on the situation, i have just split with my partner 2 months ago after i found out he had got someone else pregnant. she is due anyday now and i also found out he had been taking my kids to her and leaving them in her care. this is reason enough for me to deny him access of our children. if he wants to see them he is welcome round anytime but i refuse to let him take them anywhere anymore. he has abused his responsibility. every situation is different though
