Could not agree more that Twitter, Audioboo, etc have become the mainstream and we are in dire need of prophets to point out where we might be headed next . Your insight is remarkable and dead on about the 1920's writers (in their edifices of art) seeing fragmentation and how radical that truly was - and now that is where we are. Almost 100 yrs later. Fragmentation is now the norm. What's next? Question seems to me, will the fragmentation pull us apart or what? Does it need to serve a purpose or it just is?
