Greetings Paul! : ) Ummm I don't live in NYC, just so you know, I'm a bit more up northwest UpState fron the city in an area what we call the Southern Tier of NY State. Runkeeper is a very good app that I use along with GAIN Fitness app to keep my fitness program going. The key to any fitness program is being consistent in doing it. BTW @jeremygould is a friend & collaborator - very experienced user of social media - he now lives in Listowel Co Kerry Ireland - at one time he was head of social media for one of the UK govermental departments. Great guy
Paul, thanks for the info on RunKeeper app. I checked your Tweeter line to find the @jeremygould RT with the web pg link & download app afterwards onto my iPod Touch. I'm a casual runner looking at picking up the pace and was looking for a new log system. This RunKeeper app might just be the ticket. Thank you Sir for the info & have a good evening. : )
