Google discriminating against visually impaired users?

Is it acceptable that I should have to spend much longer than anybody else logging into a site just because I have a visual impairment? Google seems to think it is.

Thanks - it's very kind of you to add your voice to this issue. I must confess that, after around ninety minutes of trying to beat the CAPTCHA I admitted defeat, and will just have to wait until somebody else can read it for me. Like you, I too can't find anywhere obvious to lodge a complaint with Google, though the chances of having it read seem pretty slim.

I can't find ANYWHERE on their site to register a complaint, either :( I have tweeted the @Google account (though I suspect the sheer volume they must get will mean no response) and used their business development suggestion form (well it's *sort* of a development request!)

That's appallingly bad! To be honest, I loathe the visual capchas with no visual impairment (other than short sightedness completely corrected with the aid of glasses) as I regularly can't tell what the letters/words are supposed to be either. Not that that is much comfort to you :(
