Sorry, I made a mistake: NaPodPoMo has been going for 5 years.
The website is here: http://napodpomo.ning.com/

Okay honestly I didn't know about either NaPodPoMo or AudioMo. But I will mention them in tomorrow's Boo. When I came up with the idea I hadn't been using Audioboo that long so therefore wasn't aware of or involved in any projects that may seem similar to FeBOOary. If you could provide me with a little more information on both AudioMo and NaPodPoMo then I would be interested in it. I hope you enjoy the rest of FeBOOary and get involved as well.

I will say, however, that FeBOOary is a much better name than NaPodPoMo ;-)

The thing I find a bit disingenuous about FeBOOary is that you guys don't really give any credit to NaPodPoMo, which FeBOOary bears more than a passing resemblance to, and which has been going for 4 years now – many of the participants using Audioboo for their posts. So it's hardly a completely novel idea now, is it? It may be that you were completely oblivious to NaPodPoMo and AudioMo, and came up with the idea on your own. I am not saying that you copied the idea. But I would have a lot more respect if you guys were to give credit where credit's due, and give a little recognition to NaPodPoMo.
