Yes, every month is brand new :D I wish I could make time to meditate - I manage to do it for a few weeks, but I just can't seem to keep the habit. It's so helpful when I do.
Congratulations on your progress! You are always an inspiration. :-) I just had two resolutions, to meditate daily, which I'm not doing at all, and to exercise daily, which I'm really only doing about 3 times a week. But February is a new month, so . . . onward!
