Twitter is not really much different from real life. The beauty of twitter is you can unfollow if you don't like someone's tweets. Much better to do that than critisise them. I can understand arguments, they usually lead to a better way, but not name calling. Anyone who does that isn't playing the game. By the same token, if one of your regulars is having a bad day and tweets depressing stuff, it is worth a quick tweet to try to cheer them up. Aye, you have to take the rough with the smooth.
