We love Whitby too. Always busy but always relaxing too. I like to sit by the Harbour watching the children fishing. :-)
We've visited Goathland too. Very pretty place where the sheep roam the roads and tiny streams run alongside them. :-)
Dee and I saw Ken Dodd in Bridlington last year. We stayed in Scarborough at The Grand, which is becoming a favourite place to stay for a holiday - just over an hour away from home. You probably drove past us on your way down! :-)
