Jane Farrier tells us her story behind the Olympic Torch

Jane is the Head Coach and Junior Team Manager of Orion Harriers in Waltham Forest. She is responsible for coaching, training, mentoring and encouraging the junior members of the club and many of the young athletes are now competing at county and national level. Jane is dedicated and committed and has transformed junior athletics in Waltham Forest and has had a significant impact on the lives of youngsters through working with schools and encouraging youngsters of all abilities to take up athletics.
Jane is carrying the torch on 21 July in Waltham Forest
