Hi everyone I m a bit late to this but I note that the points on the Synchronising Moderating Skills have been covered. I have now discovered that my computer has a fault (not the mike!) re the the mike function so I have to type this (again) - apologies!!
I would like to comment on the way in which voice can be used to indicate mood - Bob was very careful with this in the Live Room keeping his voice to a very encouraging and even tone even when problems were arising and thereby both reassuring us and directing us to possible solutions. I guess this most relates top the second bullet point on the list ... I'll keep trying to record but failing that at least my comment is here!
