One of Northern Ireland's most successful restaurateurs says he's scrapped plans to open two new premises here. Bob McCoubrey, who owns the Mourne Seafood restaurants, says crippling rates and taxes mean it's not worth his while opening new establishments on the North Coast and in Carrick. Instead he says he going to open his next venture in Dublin.
