If you are a British business, looking for places to invest, where would you go? Let's face it, mainland Europe doesn't look such a great bet these days. The British Government has been trying to encourage businesses to think more about Latin America. The region is doing rather well, certainly compared to the rest of the world. One country considered a particularly good bet is Chile - it's stable, the economy is growing and Chile positively encourages foreign investors to come there, with free trade agreements and low or zero tariffs. The World Tonight's Paul Moss has been meeting some of the people from the UK, who are trying to take advantage of all this.
