Are you a smoker? Would you buy your ciggies from someone selling them on the cheap?

A new survey has found that nearly a third of shops in Northern Ireland have considered cutting staff due to lost sales from tobacco smuggling and cross-border shopping. The survey by the Tobacco Retailers Alliance also found that some shops here could close for the same reason.
