I feel slightly angry listening to this. The supposed journalism the interviewer is purporting to fulfill is massively skewed, vacuous and very limited in its outlook. A shame.
My experiences of Guilfest over the last ten years have left me with nothing but fond memories and an overwhelming respect for the people who's time effort and near selfless dedication have brought Guildford a uniquely wonderful, family event.

Really dismayed by this interviewer who completely misses the point - Guildford has lost a fantastic event which has brought pleasure to so many people, let alone the business that it has brought into the area and the jobs provided.

I worked at Guilfest for 12 years and saw at first hand the passion and hard work that was put into the event by all involved. My heart goes out to Tony and everyone who will miss this wonderful festival.

Dreadful interviewer - what about asking about all the business Guilfest has brought to Guildford over 21 years, the jobs for local people, let alone the opportunity to see artists like Van Morrison, Paul Weller, Madness and Tinie Tempah .

He'd clearly never been to the festival, which as Tony said at the end is a shame really.
