By submitting any audio to Audioboo, you hereby agree to be bound by, and that all audio will fully comply with, the Audioboo Code of Conduct and Terms of Use. Without limiting the foregoing, you understand that Audioboo record & upload is intended to be used to post and share audio of a personal nature that is (i) of you or your friends, (ii) is recorded by you or your friends, or (iii) is original audio and images created by you or your friends. Therefore, you agree not to upload any audio other than original works created by you or your friends. You further agree not to upload any audio that infringes upon or violate the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights of any third party and not to attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques we may employ.

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE CODE OF CONDUCT AND TERMS OF USE MAY RESULT, AMONG OTHER THINGS, IN TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE DELETION OF CONTENT THAT YOU HAVE POSTED ON AUDIOBOO, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, AS DETERMINED BY AUDIOBOO IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
