“oh I feel for you Sangita! my name is Elizabeth Furth, looks ok on paper doesn't it?! well over te phone I have similar "problems" to yours . Nobody simply nobody gets it! "Surs" .. the best one was however "Stirling" - from Furth to Sterling - the answer I got was: "sounds Scottish!" To be fair I quite like "Sterling" what do you think? no, Furth it is :) and I usually immediately spell my surname : F for Freddy, U, R for Robert, T for Tommy, and H for Henry! bingo! :)”

“These are two beans/drinking experiences one simply cannot compare! Both are great! The enriching culinary experience I derived from tasting the Yirgacheffe blew me away. The Tunki is gorgeous too especially when you are after balanced acidity up front followed by a real dark choc finish. The Yirgacheffe does not have any choc notes. It enchants with refreshing concentrated strawberry sweetness and a mellow coffee finish - Both are unique. Knowing both beans means one can make a choice depending on what flavours one happens to be in the mood" for! :) ”

“Thanx for the suggestion re. unscrewing the handle of the madebyknock tamper. I tried putting it on the other (58mm) tamper. Still the balance is not quite right and definitely not as good as keeping that very handle on the 51mm base it's designed for. I Wonder whether a 58mm madebykbnock tamper would be as beautifully balanced as the 51mm one is?!”
