I missed the moment when my Nan disappeared

“Wow! This has just made me really stop & think. My grandma has dementia & is now in a home due to many falls.... & well it has made me feel guilty. I get cross sometimes with the way she is now & forget the person that she was, what she endured to raise my Mum & Uncle. This has made me stop & think. I have lost 2 grandmas in the last year & neither were at my wedding: one as she has dementia & one as she will not talk to the family. So they too are alive & I get it! Thanks for that - allowed me to have a little moment x” -
