BFBSThe wife of a Tidworth-based Army Captain has written a book about a group of wives and mothers from the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Welsh.
The book is called The Daffodil girls and follows the journey of the families while their husbands and sons are deployed in Afghanistan.
It’s written by Kitty Dimbleby, the daughter of the well-known TV journalist Jonathan Dimbleby.
Daffodil Girls is described as an insightful, moving account of the women behind the men of the frontline.
