bruceKgarberSchool children from Yonezawa Japan perform at the annual Snow and Light Festival. These children are part of a traditional Japanese drum performance company. As you will see the coordination, precision and dedication to learn this art takes many hours of practice. I had the honor to see them perform on two separate visits to Japan. bruceKgarberOn Feb. 20, 2011 I was invited to witness the advancement of six young men, six Boy Scouts to rank of Eagle Scout. I was a leader for 16 years as one of the adult leaders that worked with these scouts on their trail to Eagle. It is a prestigious award as only 2% of of scouts ever reach this level. It take’s hard work and a strong commitment. Congratulation to all six new Eagle Scouts.

bruceKgarberLast night I had the opportunity to direct a Karaoke TV special with some old friends. It was great to see everyone again and they all did a great job performing. There is one performer however that stands out every time I see her. I have known Janell and her parents for 8 years and is amazing to watch her grow. Her name is Janell Garcia. Here is a Karaoke song she performed in 2009 called Christmas in America. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
