voiceovergirlThanks for the comments :-)
Breakfast - finding it a bit easier than previous attempts - Atkins was v strict and I got bored. Scrambled eggs on toast with tomato, a proper fry up, greek yogurt (full fat), salmon (left over from tea the previous night, delish!) and today it's yesterday's leftover smoked mackerel pate with a slice of buttered toast and some celery. I also found some wholewheat tortillas which are good with scrambled egg. May have porridge with water (and cream??) but can't decide how to flavour it, maybe with a bit of cocoa powder and some almonds. Fran McCullough does a great cook book. Maybe I'll talk about recipes next time :-)
MelJD46Congratulations on weightloss so far. Ive always been a great believer in all things in moderation but that didnt stop my gallbladder playing up and trust me then you can give up butter no problem. Since the op and 2 stone weight loss I feel fab, but relatively low fat for the sake of digestive system. Probably eating the best diet of my life these days, and less food as well.
Hope you get back into your size 10 jeans again in the not too distant future :)
