40_thievesI think that CNN has a "unverified info" graphic that shows when they report tweets, plus they include user name. However they do use twitter pretty badly at other times eg "What are you doing at the weekend?"
CannonGodDefinitely need META data before an online source is published, else you could be quoting a mis-RT'd post ~ a la the Chinese Whisper RT Effect.
With regard AudioBoo: as I like to walk and talk, does the GPS ping get taken from when you started recording or when you uploaded? I have a feeling it's the latter, which can be kinda pointless. Better yet would be 2 pings taken from pushing Go and then Publishing, inferencing with Google Maps to generate a visual path :-\
