cyberdoyle Brilliant, well done Rory. We have had lots of calls in our area, and a lot of elderly people have been worried, but they had already been warned so they didn't fall for it thank goodness. They usually report stuff like that to our computer club so I know this is pretty widespread.

TheBooMagnet I think the keystroke you were trying to rememver was CTRL + shift + N but not 100% sure! the web spots was just in that practice area, this is why when you went to the router it didn't work as you were not in that element of the tutorial.
