PaulbradshawThe stats about web access for 2009 give 70% of households with internet access up 11% from 2008; they also give 16% accessing the internet on mobile phones, up 40% from 2008. Clearly a large proportion of that 16% will have home access as well - I'm trying to find stats on how much. Interestingly, there's a proportion of those not online who are not online because they don't want to - just as there are those who don't use their vote because they don't feel there is any reason to.
