__NheigesThank you very much for this. I think your advice is excellent and your overall perspective on training appeals to me and fits with what we want to do. I'm going to listen again and make notes, but I'll tell you that immediately after listening, I had Anthony go outside with me for a training session that lasted about 10 minutes, and then we played ball with her for awhile. It was a good reminder to involve Anthony in the training, which we haven't done much so far. I'm not sure how to become the most attractive thing to her, not when there are weeds, sticks, and bits of plastic flower pots on the ground, all vying for her attention. But, we will keep working at it! She's only 10 weeks old, so maybe my expectations are too high. Thanks again! Oh, that was an excellent tip about using "no" instead of "down" - makes so much sense, but I wasn't thinking of it.
