    • Phoebeeean Why hello there Benjimouse :) I had so much fun the other day recording a wee lil boo,I felt that it would be awesome to hear more, and I wanted to comment! I enjoyed listening to this boo,and indeed it's interesting how things arn't as traditionally black and white as they used to be.It's all rather crazy now,but then maybe thats ok too.I think it's fine to not be too sure,to much pressure is applied to be certain things to fit into scoiety.Your sexuality is one of the most important ingreidents to making up yourself and personality. It shouldn't be rushed :) I'd say i'm mainly straight. To everyone else,I say straight. But I am curious about the same sex,and I would like to experiement with the same sex if the oppertunity came along one day,and it isn't a sudden desire,it've had this curiosty sinse i was about 13 or 14.But it's never been a big enough thing for me to say i'm deffonatly bisexual.I suppose Bi-curious is maybe the right wording.I think this curiosity has sprung from my love of the female anotomy,(not my own,) but from a pure aesthetical sense I find a woman's body far more attractive than a males. It's the thought of knowing what certain parts of a mans body that is the arrousing thing, not really by looking.I know many would dissagree, but personally thats the way it's always been for me. I doubt i'll ever act on this curiosity, but it's there and i'm sure it will be for a long while. So there we go :) x

    • BarrieMahoney Synopsis: Prior’s Hill in the early 1980’s seems like a tranquil rural idyll, with its picture postcard cottages, small village school and church. James Young, the new head teacher of the village primary school, soon discovers that beneath the surface there are some difficult challenges to overcome. He must contend with demanding parents and local politics, as well as the steep learning curve that comes with his new position. While struggling to hold together his team of teachers and deal with various tasks that aren’t in his official job description, James must also find the time and energy to maintain his relationship with his beloved partner. Ultimately he is faced with the most difficult questions: Can he live up to everything the school and community expect of him? Can he deal with the tragedy that is thrown at him just when everything seems to be working so well? What steps will he take to resolve all these challenges? In an original and thought-provoking novel, Barrie Mahoney paints a vivid picture of the complexities of life in a small English village, as well as providing an insight into the challenges faced by gay, professional men at a time when prejudice and the threat of AIDS loomed large. Journeys and Jigsaws ISBN: 9781843865384 Publisher: Pegasus Elliot MacKenzie About the author: Barrie Mahoney worked as a teacher and headteacher in the south west of England, and quickly fell in love with the area. A new life and career as a reporter in Spain’s Costa Blanca, led Barrie and his partner to launching and editing an English language newspaper in the Canary Islands, where he now lives enjoying life in the sun as a writer and author. www.barriemahoney.com
