ecohealth2003The accompanying photo is from our personal photo collection.
In 2005, we were driving along Lake Superior, Canada,
and we stopped to admire how a little seed
found enough nourishment and water to anchor itself
onto this rock and grow into this little seedling.

andrewlloydgordonRandomness rules the world and our place in it. Perhaps more than we realise or would care to admit.
In this Boo, I offer a suggestion that maybe we should all force ourselves to 'be random'. Only that way, perhaps, will we be truly creative and original.
I'd love to know what your thoughts on this idea. Please drop me a line and tell me what you think?
macolganI don't apply effects to my own voice, but I'll recheck both files to see if any had been applied by accident . I have them both saved in Garageband.
sm2nDid you record it in an abandoned school corridor? If not, you had effects applied - possibly due to whichever preset you chose when creating the GarageBand project.
macolgan@sm2n .. I added no effects to my voice track !
This was recorded with Garageband. The previous mix - again on Garageband, had a different sound to my voice.
I put up an Audioboo on this subject.
I don't have this variance with Audacity or direct recording on the iPhone .
